Create a demand for and contribute to the assigned area quota to insure profitable sales of CH products within acceptable selling costs in order to achiev! e established sales goals.

Principle Accountabilities:
Obtain orders for existing products and new products to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
Create a demand (specifications) for Eaton C-H products with potential and assigned accounts classified as: industrial, electrical contractor, constructor, architect/engineer and government.
Plan and allocate time for sales activities with each distributor, major account, and to each major job, in an assigned territory or on assigned accounts based on sales potential.
Maintain adequate records to control selling activities, expenses, and to insure proper care of all C-H property assigned.
Be familiar with! competitorâs products and prices, and continuously increase knowledg! e of C-H products and their application advantages to customer needs.
Conduct user investigations, train, provide support to CCH Sales teams and focused distributors
Help to integrate the product launches.
Have specific targets for sales, training, and key customer development.
Must successfully complete Eaton Crouse Hinds Masterâs Club field sales training program in first 12 months.
Participate in Sales Orientation Mentorship Program.
Develop relationships with major distributor partners in Industrial channel.
Implement major growth programs with channel partners.
Execute share gains resulting from strategic growth initiatives at major end user customer
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of industrial product sales experience
- Bachelors degree
- Bachelors degree in Engineering - electrical, mechanical, civil or industria! l
- Experience selling into EPC space
- Five years of related sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving quotes and sales targets
- Strong project management capabilities
- Organized, detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated listening and self-motivated competencies
