The Manager of Marketing is responsible for the development, execution, measurement and day to day responsibilities of DentalOne Partners outbound marketing campaigns including but not limit! ed to: Direct Mail, Television, Radio, Print, and Yellowpages.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Manager of Marketing will play a critical role in the execution of outbound marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for establishing timelines, gathering resources and communicating execution plan within the department and to the field.
Manages the day to day relationship with internal and external creative/media agencies and any projects and initiatives through said agencies.
Acts as the internal liaison with Field Marketing managers and Directors to ensure field marketing goals are met.
Assists with the development of practice based marketing strategies and implementation of said strategies.
Builds collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the marketing process with business needs.
Develops and maintain performance metrics that provide clarity of trending,! benchmarking and insight for making marketing program and pro! cess improvements.
Measures effectiveness and efficiencies of marketing programs and reports results to Director of Marketing and senior leadership.
Plans and communicates relative to the resources and staff necessary to meet company-wide objectives.
Other duties as assigned or as needed to promote the marketing needs of the organization to support business growth and development for the affiliated practices supported.
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Successful, proven experience in in-bound marketing initiatives
3-5+ years retail or consumer packaged goods industry experience necessary
JOB RELATED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Must possess strong media/creative development skills, to include:
TV planning/buying/measurement
Direct mail
Other traditional media (OOH, Radio, Print)
Exceptional measurement! /attribution modeling abilities
Proficiency in consumer insight development
Ability to work side by side with Manager of Outbound Marketing to achieve established goals for the company
