Technical Sales ManagerChemical Process Engineering Mass TransferWe are Raschig USA Inc., the US subsidiary of the German Raschig GmbH, and supply technical engineered products to th! e processing industry (separation, filtration, heat and mass transfer). We are located in Arlington, TX. We are dedicated to grow and to capture market shares nationwide. You are a Sales Professional by Passion and an Engineer by Education and Experience You are success oriented and goal driven.
You feel right at home in the O&G industry, in refineries, gas processing plants, and related industries. You know the market, its products, and customers inside out. You feel equally comfortable speaking with engineers in the field and negotiating with purchasing departments. Your customers are end users and engineering firms.
You have what it takes to acquire clients, to turn prospects into customers. You dont mind to travel to accomplish monthly and annual goals with respect to revenue and profit. You are experienced dealing with clients directly and with managing a network of representatives as well. You have proven your capabilities in previous position(s).
Minimum Skills & Experience" At least B. Sc. in Mechani! cal or Chemical or Chemical Process Engineering (or comparable degree) " Minimum 10 years of sales & marketing experience in the technical field, especially equipment and components" Highly enthusiastic leader and manager" Highly developed professional sales and self-management skills" Ability to establish credibility through demonstrated expertise and integrity of your initiatives" Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with channels, end users, and cross- functional team members" Knowledge of how to create a differentiated, value proposed, product advantage to win business versus competition" Strong listening skills with the ability to assimilate information and translate it into customer solutions" Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and present recommendations with clarity and conviction to serve the overall objectives" Customer oriented, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills, self-confidence" Competent with use o! f MS Office Suite products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)" Technically savvy and imaginative, able to convert technical requirements into innovative solutions" Proficient knowledge of the English language, verbally and in writing" Working knowledge of another language is a definite plus" Commendable work ethicThe Offer" A challenging and unique position where you can make the difference" Compensation will be a combination of salary and a performance based bonus elementThe position requires a dedicated and passionate sales personality.
