Description: Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is looking of Telecom Specialist (Services) right now, this vacancy will be reside in Texas. Responsible for planning, monitoring and overseeing business and contract compliance for the company's telecom department. Major Duties Shares telecom best practices across instal! lations and monitors business performance. Serves as a liaison to vendors, field operations and AAFES Base Command.
Ensures compliance with department and AAFES objectives, policies and programs. Assists in collection of feedback regarding customer satisfaction, effectiveness of promotions and price checks.
Advises contracting officer(s) on creation of solicitations for contracted services. Identifies opportunities and requirements for telecom at local levels and communicates requirements BPM.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Supervisor No Job Qualifications 4 years experience in vendor services and/or store operations and contract administration. Region experience preferred.
Or
Degree and 2 years experience in vendor services and/or store operations and contract administration required. Region experience preferred.
Degree (One Of):
Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
Major/Minor (One Of):
! Business Admin - Preferred
Business Mgmt - Preferred
