Summary of Role:
A key member of the executive team, collaborates with other members of leadership team to implement strategies that improve profitability, financial control and provide management with information useful in decision making. The go-to resource for financial matters Company-wide, responsible for financial reporting and systems, tax planning, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and compliance.
Investor relations
SEC reporting
Oversight of accounting, reporting and analysis
Budgeting, forecasting
Strategic planning
Develop and implement metrics and dashboards to support management decision making
Build infrastructure to support significant growth
Primary contact for banking, legal, audit and other outside relationships
Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance. MBA is a plus.
CFO or senior leadership experience in public company
SEC filing experience
Leadership exper! ience in small to mid-sized companies
