CORT Furniture Rental is currently seeking a qualified candidate to be a Rental Consultant in our Dallas showroom (located in Carrollton). -A flare and interest in design is helpful. Essential d! uties will include a high proficiency for managing customer account information in SalesForce, entering quotes and leases, and composing written communications via e-mail throughout each day. They will be responsible for discussing price and the associated fees. To fulfill orders, Rental Consultants will assess inventory availability and orchestrate the delivery dates and times. This is high-pressure as deadlines are often tight for customers relocating to the area.
DUTIES
- To the customer, our Rental Consultants are the face of CORT and must present a highly professional image while providing a high-level of customer service. Customers will communicate by phone, e-mail, and visit our showrooms to select furniture and other necessities. A Rental Consultant will assist customers with selecting their furniture and make recommendations to help upgrade their living environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous s! ales or customer service experience, and ideally experience qu! alifying prospects over the phone, networking, and cold calling potential customers and closing sales. The ideal candidate may also have experience developing proposals and conducting follow-up service calls to determine current and future customer needs To be considered, the ideal candidate should have: Exceptional customer service skills Previous sales experience is a plus. High motivation and a winning attitude Good communication skills High attention to detail Great organizational skills Computer Proficiency a must.
