Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
Looking for an exceptional team player, positive, out-going, fun loving In home salesperson, (business to consumer/end user), for One Hour Heating and Air/HVAC company. You will be provided with qualified leads with the potential to earn ! $60-$100,000 a year. 100% commission. (Not interested in Busin! ess to Business sales).
The Home Salesperson reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Meet the clientâs needs and desires while meeting the minimum budgeted $1,250,000 in total annual sales (after credit rejects).
The company depends highly on the Comfort Advisorâs ability to convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems.
In Home Sales:
1. Maintain a closing ratio on technician-generated leads of 70% or higher.
2. Maintain a closing ratio on marketed leads of 50% or higher.
3. Maintain an average sales price on all sales
4. Accessibility - Be available within 15 minutes by cell phone at all times.
5. Promptness - Arrive at all appointments 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time.
6. Present the price for a system only when all decision makers are present.
7. Perform a complete Comfort Survey and Home Analysis on every call.
8. Complete all paperwork in a timely and ! accurate manner on all leads.
9. Spend at least two hours each week reading or listening to self improvement or sales-related books or tapes.
10. Conduct daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity and always displaying a positive attitude toward fellow Team Members.
