Title Account Manager Job Summary MD Buyline is seeking a highly qualified Account Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is building a high performing, accountable and progressive relationship wi! th assigned members. Responsible for achieving departmental renewal goals by increasing member activity through a serious of business reviews and actionable interactions. Able to multi-task and execute objectives to an exceptional standard, our Account Managers are creative thinkers, comfortable with accountability and regular independent decision makers.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage with necessary levels of hospital executives to communicate MD Buyline ’s unique value proposition • Manage the entire renewal cycle â€" from value creation and recognition to contract signature • Increase member activities and engagement on an ongoing basis to ensure members fully maximize benefits of membership to increase value and brand! recognition • Understand and seek members ’ initiatives a! nd ensure members are educated on opportunities in which MD Buyline can assist • Invest deeply in understanding the changing landscape of healthcare economics and construct messages that tie MD Buyline products and services to the associated challenges hospital executives are facing • Leverage ROI and other value measures to drive 90+% renewal rates in a high volume, highly transactional account management structure • Create replicable, syndicated approaches to driving value and product adoption across a large member base • Work closely with Research and Analysis, IT, Marketing and the executive team to ensure high product description, delivery and development exceeds member expectations • Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual departmental goals for renewal rates and associated measurements Qualifications • Bachelor ’s degree required, advanced degree preferred • Comfortable discussing and presenting to any level personnel at hospitals and healthcare systems ! • Knowledge of hospital materials management, supply chain and/or purchasing functions preferred • Successful experience in account management environments a plus • Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills • Ability to quickly build credibility with an executive level audience • Superior time management, detail orientation and organization skills • High level of tenacity and creativity • Independent thinker, can take direction and objectives and translate them into executable and measurable tactics and strategies MD Buyline offers a competitive compensation package including: • Competitive base salary plus performance based bonus structure • A meritocratic environment, offering advancement and growth opportunities • Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off (PTO) About MD Buyline MD Buyline focuses on removing the strategic and tactical barriers that challenge healthcare providers to ensure they make the ! right investments at the right price.
