This position will play a key role in! the continued success of both the company and the Customer Service Department. The responsibilities of this position will include (but not limited to):
Answering incoming customer service and sales calls Enrolling new customers Maintaining customer file data Answering billing questions Resolve/report customer complaints Receive and process customer payments
The right candidate should have:
Outstanding communication skills - both verbal and written Work independently and as a team History of good attendance at work Strong problem solving skills Friendly and energetic attitude Adaptable to change Attention to detail Able to answer phone calls for 8 hours a day Basic computer skills Patience, professionalism, positive attitude and dependability are essential Customer Service and Sales experience a PLUS Spanish speaking a PLUS Experience in the energy industry a PLUS
