Under the direction of a management council member,
plans, organizes, directs, and supervises department
programs. Ensures service excellence development, !
personnel management, and resource allocation and
control. Assumes direction of participation in special
projects as needed. Coordinates hospital-wide compliance
with state and federal regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years experience in Home Health setting; 3 years

managerial experience.

• Current RN licensure
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile

liability insurance.

• Must be able to identify and address the special needs

of patients of all ages.

• Knowledge of state and federal guidelines governing

Home Healthcare.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written

communication skills.

• Must possess critical thinking skills and sound

decision making ability in addition to problem s! olving.

• Must demonstrate emphasis on Service Exce! llence.
