Veritude, A Fidelity Investments Company, is currently seeking a Sr. Systems Services & Support Analyst to work under contract on-site in Westlake, ! Texas!
The Environment Services team provides support to FFAS development and testing resources on all major platforms across all pre-production environments.
Responsibilities:
Control-M monitoring - Ability to identify error messages and drive to resolution
Execute/Query/Create SQL scripts used in Oracle databases in test regions
Monitor/Report/Fix Batch Cycle issues for development and test teams
Coordinate between development, DBA's and QA groups to set up environment as per requirements
Responsibilities for the project code moves, Hot-list patches, environment variable changes and Control-M changes to production
Plan and manage code migrations and retrofits and implement them into the test environments.
Functions:
Integrated Test Environment Planning/Preparation
Test Cycle Execution - Mainframe, Oracle
Code Moves using Endeavor
Test Environment Availa! bility/Troubleshooting
Qualifications
Req! uirements:
Familiar with all features of Control-M desktop and Enterprise Manager features
Familiar with all features of Control-M on the mainframe
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Effective collaborator with strong skills in relationship management
Use of typical desktop office software tools: MSWord, Excel, Project, etc.
Solid knowledge of hardware and software systems
Application/technology knowledge or similar related experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
