My client is looking for experienced Electrical Engineers for their Dallas, TX office. The Electrical Engineers will complete the design of complex systems that integrate hardware and software! . Complete complex material specification, schematic preparation and appropriate follow-up. Complete recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction and perform complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design.
Qualifications
Candidates must have current, hands-on experience with Programmable Controllers with 5+ years of experience is strongly desired. Expertise in the latest Allen-Bradley Logix or Schneider Electric (Modicon) is preferred. Other PLC platforms will be considered. Experience in HMI/SCADA programming (Iconics, Wonderware, RSView, WinCC). Candidates must demonstrate a working understanding of design, layout and use of current networks such as devicenet, profibus, ASi, Ethernet. Design work is required. Ability to work proficiently within the ACADE environment. PLC controls industrial experience will be con! sidered. Experience in writing descriptions of operations and ! development of controls based physical layouts. Willingness to work weekends, overtime and to travel is a must. 35% ~ 40% travel is to be expected. BS/BA degree.
