We are searching for a CFO for a growing automotive finance company. This is a young company (5+ years in business) in a new growth sta! ge. Company is very profitable, secure capital and growing. You will be working directly with the President and part of a small executive team responsible for all major corporate decisions.
The CFO we are seeking will be responsible for all typical CFO duties additionally the CFO will be very active working with capital sources.

Experiences needed :

• CFO experience or VP of finance â€" automotive finance experience is a plus
• experience working with capital lenders helpful
• managing banking relationships
• corporate treasury management experience
• CPA preferred

This position will be based in Dallas. Executive compensation and benefits.
