Present state university online degrees, via the phone, in a professional, compliant, and positive fashion. Degrees offered include programs at the bachelor, master, and do! ctoral level.
Execute recruitment measures, which ensure that targeted response times and accuracy guidelines are consistently met, to aid in enrolling students into a higher education degree.
Work effectively, efficiently, and collaboratively to ensure the best working practices are developed and utilized.
Proactively assist prospective students through the enrollment process by adhering to call and database processes.
Quickly become a subject matter expert on the university, programs, technology, and processes in the enrollment services department.
Performs certain other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to offer world class customer service, and a passion to go above and beyond customer expectations.
Two or more years of combined prior experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services.
Required to be flexible and adaptable in a fast paced dynamic environmen! t.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
C! an demonstrate experience of handling high volumes of calls in an effective and professional manner
Goal oriented and a record of exceeding expectations.
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and / or experience.
Strong expertise with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel, efficient in learning new software.
Required to work a flexible schedule as business needs
Salary / Benefits:
$40,000- $60,000 Based on experience
Overtime available
18 Paid Days Off plus 10 Paid Holidays
Medical / Dental / Vision begin 1st day of the month following start date
401k Program with 50% matching of up to 6% per pay period
