Candidate will provide assistance to the legal department staff, including attorneys and other parale! gals/transaction managers. You must have corporate legal experience to be considered for this position. Salary DOE.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with emphasis on commercial real estate and corporate law Paralegal certificate or working towards certification preferred Strong Microsoft Excel, Word experience required Knowledge of Access and Symantec Discovery Accelerator, preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as a strong ability to work autonomously and cooperatively. Effective time management and organizational skills; attention to detail required and ability to successfully multi-task and manage various deadlines within a short timeframe are critical
