Mortgage Recovery Analyst for our client in
Dallas, TX (south of the Dallas Love Field Airport.) for a
temp to hire opportunity.
SALARY:
$30,000 per year, plus graduated commissions after 120 days of continuous employment
HOURS: Available between
7:00 am to 10:00 pm, plus weekends; no travel
A Bachelor's degree is required for serious consideration.
Job Duties:
- Duties include
•
Provide customers alternative solutions including affordable modifications, payment plans and forbearance agreements to help borrowers bring their account current and/or settled.
- Analysts are cross-trained to help better understand the company’s methodology in order to maximize recoveries for our clients.
- Monitor assigned queues and follow up accordingly with borrowers, investors, realtors, and attorneys.
Review all ongoing work out plans with borrowers, evaluate their needs! and issues, and counsel them appropriately.
- Responsible for complying with federal, state and local regulations pertaining to collections and bankruptcy practices.
- Analyst will be responsible for imputing results of conversations into client's servicing system.

12 minutes assessment will be administered in person
to test your aptitude for learning and problem solving in a range of occupations prior to submittal

Upon offer, candidate would have to pass credit check, client's online testing, 10 year background and drug screenings to begin work

must provide a
copy of your education transcripts that shows your
GPA (3.0 or higher) to be considered.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Minimum of 2 years collection/recovery experience
Bilingual a plus
