We have an opening for an Endeca Software ! Engineer at Speed FC’s location in
Dallas, Texas. You will play a key role in the implementation of large-scale e-Commerce web sites using Endeca Search technology and the Oracle/ATG Web Commerce framework. This role is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Endeca Search as part of the overall solution.
Responsibilities include:
Design, Configure and Implement all aspects of the Oracle Endeca Search platform for web site integration.
Configure manipulate, and extract data from the Endeca pipeline programmatically using JAVA/JDBC and available Endeca tools.
Implement the appropriate Endeca index configuration, Experience Manager templates, and Search interfaces using XML and other tools.
Develop and document all functional aspects and of the Endeca application in Java and JSP to ensure they meet all functional requirements.

Required Skills
All qualifications are required unless otherwise noted:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering or the equivalent in education and/or experience
At least 1-2 years of hands-on Oracle Endeca platform development experienc! e
At least three years of e-Commerce website development exper! ience
At least three years of experience with Java, JEE, and Web Services.
Preferred qualifications:
Three plus years of hands-on Oracle Endeca platform development experience Development experience with the Oracle ATG Commerce framework
Development experience in an Eclipse, Hudson, and Ant environment
Development experience with Oracle SQL environment
Experience with Apache Web Server and jBoss Application Server environments.
