Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for a clinician to perform pre-admission clinical assessment of referred patients and to collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, insurance providers and referrals sources to support a team admissions approach. The focus will be on home referrals.
Knowledge of and relationships with referral sources within the assigned market area that includes North Dallas, Irving/Las Colinas and the Medical District is preferred.
Qualifications
Position requires current and valid state licensure as a RN, Social Worker, Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
A proven track record in sales and marketing with at least one year of experience in a related position is required.
