Semi-Trailer Big Box (www.stsbbx.com) a successful, growing Equipment Rental and Sales Company (Chassis-Dry Vans-Flats-Reefers-Containers) is looking for a Br! anch Operations General Manager to become part of our Branch office in Dallas (Wilmer), Texas. This individual will have the overall responsibility for the day to day management of the following departments: Equipment Sales (buy/sell equipment), Equipment Rental, Maintenance (shop/facilities/mechanics), and Trucking (Drivers-Local P&D of empty trailers and containers).
Qualified candidates will be comfortable working in a fast paced small business environment, will be a strong leader, great team builder, and have great communication, and motivation skills. You will be challenged to grow revenues, yourself, manage and build staff, minimize cost and maximize profitability. Candidates with backgrounds in Operations and experience in managing Fleet, Drivers, Mechanics, Rentals or Equipment Sales are preferred and will be favored.
