Provide Level 3 support for network related issues.
Demonstrate strong LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills
Technical expertise in TCP/IP â€" Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP, EIGRP), Multicast, VPN, ACLs, NAT
Must have knowledge of industry best practices on network security, CISSP certification preferred
Must be proficient in the support and configuration of suite of Cisco router and have experience with Firewalls.
