What will you do?
Support our sales division in their recruitment efforts as well as be a back up to our operations division when needed
You will be required to source candidates via Indeed, Monster, etc.
You will be responsible helping the hiring managers and the candidates navigate the recruitment process
Take ownership of recruitment process from resume review to offer
You will communicate openly with the recruitment team about your progress and help! us grow
You will spread the love by letting every ca! ndidate know they are important to us
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2-5 years experience in full cycle recruitment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
You know social media, and you know how to use it
DB&A maintains a drug and alcohol free workplace. As such, we require that all successful candidates pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug test. In addition to the pre-employment test the person hired will also be subject to random, post incident/accident and reasonable suspicion testing.
