- Responsible for leading company's design teams consisting of engineering and technical staff as well as guiding the service! department.
- Develop project management with the best approved engineering practices and methods to ensure company budgets and goals are met.
- Implement policies and procedures, formulate process improvements, training and mentoring staff and employees, and driving technology improvements.
- Responsible for all aspects of the engineering and technical divisions, including leadership of engineering teams, developing strategic planning for product development activities, study current industry trends, assure achieving objectives and project completion within budget and time frame.
- Lead initiatives for continual improvements of Information Technology.
- Help ensure the functionality and security of electronic, computer and networking systems, provides technology analysis for current and future needs, help determine high priority service department scheduling and staffing decisions.
- Manage progress of the design on customer order! s,
- Responds to changes in customer, initiate process ! improvements company-wide,
- Master's degree in engineering (preferred) or related field, Plus Ten years working experience in the management of engineering services
- Background with development of food processing equipment preferred but not required.
