Description: Advancial Federal Credit Union is employing Receptionist / Member Service Rep. right now, this career will be reside in Texas. More details about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Handles initial contact with guests and vendors. Answers and directs all incoming corporate telephone calls. Receives, tracks and coordinates the delivery of signed packages and deliveries to! the corresponding persons, i.e., Fed-Ex, couriers, supply deliveries, etc. Follows appropriate security procedures and coordinate with proper personnel when allowing guests or deliveries to secured areas. Performs inventory control, ordering and daily replenishment of break room supplies. Performs various clerical and audit functions as needed.

It is a requirement of Advancial that our employees have credit current and in good standing; therefore, background and credit checks will be required. Credit must be in good standing with no collections, repossessions, or charged-off accounts.
