The Role:
We deliver answers to companyâs most compelling challenges to attract, train, assess, compensate and retain employees. These answers are wort! h $1,000,000s to the Global 2000. Your challenge is to convinc! e decision makers at our existing customers and thousands of known potential customers to purchase solutions that can deliver 100+% ROI within 12 months.
Your role will be to:
- Develop, manage and execute a sales plan focused on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Identify, prioritize, pursue, and close new business opportunities with existing customers, new customers and channel partners using consultative selling approaches.
- Use your exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities to become a trusted advisor to customers
- Understand target customerâs business needs, develop proposals and accurately articulate the solutions value proposition at the C-level
- Leverage your strong influencing and relationship-building skills to overcome decision maker concerns that lead to a âdo nothingâ decision
- Enjoy learning about advances in our solutions. Educate custo! mers, partners and AspireHR employees on how our solutions benefit them.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in enterprise software or business transformation sales
- Met and exceeded revenue targets consistently in previous roles
- Have closed individual sales of at least $50,000 or more in previous roles
- Expertise in one or more areas: HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Analytic
- Experience leveraging channels for success
- Very strong analytical, verbal and written com! munication skills
- Strategic sales training, Solution Selling a! nd/or process-oriented sales approach
- Development of marketing materials to support lead generation
