If you answer! ed “YES†to the above questions, Freeman Audio Visual is looking for you.
The responsibiltes of the carpenter will include:
Plan, layout, cut and produce custom projects such as exhibits, displays, props, show cases and cabinets
Work with all types of shop materials to produce orders including graded lumber, plywood, pvc and acrylic like materials
Run, operate and work on all types of wood working machinery
Read, understand and produce projects from shop drawings, cut tickets, work orders and detail plans for custom wood work within a limited time frame and budget

Required Skills
Required Experience
Must be well versed in the use of power tools and wood working machinery
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to read and understand shop details, drawings and prints
Excellent commu! nication skills
Working knowledge of acrylics and acr! ylic construction
Working knowledge of plastic laminates
Some heavy lifting required
Knowledge of shop safety
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Experience:
Welding experience helpful
