Location: Dallas, Texas

Description: Advancial Federal Credit Union is looking of Receptionist / Member Service Rep. right now, this position will be situated in Texas. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. Handles initial contact with guests and vendors. Answers and directs all incoming corporate telephone calls. Receives, tracks and coordinates the delivery of signed pac! kages and deliveries to the corresponding persons, i.e., Fed-Ex, couriers, supply deliveries, etc. Follows appropriate security procedures and coordinate with proper personnel when allowing guests or deliveries to secured areas. Performs inventory control, ordering and daily replenishment of break room supplies. Performs various clerical and audit functions as needed.

It is a requirement of Advancial that our employees have credit current and in good standing; therefore, background and credit checks will be required. Credit must be in good standing with no collections, repossessions, or charged-off accounts.
