Maintain Connectivity and Performance of SAN fabric

Obtain quotes from vendors
Request purchase orders through purchasing department
Receive product to the Distribution Center
Ship/Deliver Product to World Headquarters or Stores
Support
Provide escalation for IT support
Provide 3 rd tier support for active directory, printing, e-mail, and network applications
Projects
Responsible for IT Network Administration Projects which are assigned.
Follow Project Management guidelines and processes when managing projects.
Responsible for working with vendors and users in Implementation of Network Administration Projects.
Participate in New Store Opening Projects from a hardware, network implementation,software installation (imaging) perspective.
