Desktop Support Associate

The Desktop Support Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day technology support for approximately 75 users with several being traveling users. These users support the Top agents in the advanced markets (high profil! e organization).
Support Responsibilities:
- First point of contact desktop support technician for approximately 75 people with several being travelers.
- Must have excellent trouble shooting skills with computer hardware, software and network connectivity.
- Verify and remediate patch management to all end user equipment. Verify and remediate anti-Virus updates and issues as they occur. Manage deployment and returns of leased desktop computers and laptops.
- Provide end results reports, asset inventory tracking and lease cycle reports.
- Maintain multiple network printers and multi-function copiers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with all aspects of Windows XP, Windows 7 (x96 & 64) in a large corporate Windows domain.
- Must have excellent trouble shooting skills with computer hardware, software and network con! nectivity.
- Ability to work in a team environment and ! be a team player.
- Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, C#.Net and Sharepoint is a plus.
