Winkler formed the Winkler-Koch Engineering Company in 1925 to design ! and supervise installation of refining equipment. Fred Koch then formed Koch Engineering in 1945.

Will also be responsible for accurate shop routings and punch programs, ensuring the proper manufacturing method is used. Work closely with manufacturing personnel to drive constant improvement in design and manufacturing processes to meet customer delivery requirements.Required Work Experience, Skills and Education High School Diploma or equivalent Proficient user of AutoCAD 2010 or later version Must be familiar with standard!
