For complete informations about this vacancy opportunity kindly see the descriptions. he Sr Director, Project Delivery owns a medium- to large-sized book of business (3 to 5 accounts), a complex build project or 1-2 functional groups within a Digital or Database project delivery grou! p.Essential Job Functions: 1. Be billable on strategic projects or accounts requiring significant oversight, including creating/evaluating project plans and monitoring project progress and delivery quality2. Actively assess and manage the delivery resources within book of business3. Provide oversight and monitor overall account 'health' for book of business from a delivery and quality standpoint4.
Troubleshoot project issues with account mgmt and engage appropriate resources as needed5. Provide leadership, training and mentoring to team6. Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on time delivery of key projects as part of both project work and/or strategic company initiativesThe Sr Director, Project Delivery should have a minimum of 10 years of direct experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in the Database Marketing space, with 5+ years of supervisory experience. This individual must: Have expert project management skills and be c! omfortable leading 5-15 person project teams.Be an expert in t! he full development lifecycle (SDLC)Have strong problem solving and negotiation skills in a client-facing environmentHave strong leadership and people management skillsHave the ability to work effectively under significant deadline pressureSupervisory Responsibilities include coordinating and leading projects , managing and leading others (up to 7 direct reports and 15 indirect reports), and managing a functional area or programKnowledge of or experience with the following is preferred: Relational Database Management SystemsCampaign Management tools (e.g., Unica, Alterian)Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Microsoft Reporting/Analysis Services)Data hygiene and CDIWeb technologies (e.g., HTML, XML, web services)Email technologiesMarketing conceptsOther Skills, Knowledge or Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communications skillsExcellent client management skillsExcellent negotiation and people management skillsRelevant technical and mark! eting domain knowledgeAbility to thrive in a highly matrixed environment on multiple priorities under pressureConditions of EmploymentAll job offers are contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background checks.About UsEpsilon is the industry's leading marketing services firm, with a broad array of data-driven, multichannel marketing solutions that leverage consumer insight to help brands deepen their relationships with customers.
