Analyze and evaluate jobs to determine market value, review job profiles, compile market matches and determine market value and range, including determination of FLSA.

Process salary actions (merits, promotions, market adjustments, variable pay) through Manager Self Service within PeopleSoft.

REWARD compensation market pricing tool for Dallas District.

Format and load salary survey data; link market data jobs, maintain local system parameters (trend amount & data views).

Participate in multiple salary surveys.

Analyze salary survey, geographic differe! ntial, trend, turnover and other employee statistical data to ! help establish salary structure.

Assist on special studies for management as requested.

Help compile and analyze data.

Above average math skills.

Advanced analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to work throughout the organization at various levels.

Advanced in Microsoft Excel, proficient in Access, Word, PowerPoint.

PeopleSoft query a plus.

Talent

REWARD experience a plus

(TowersWatson market pricing tool).

Knowledge and experience in compensation practices, including market pricing a plus.

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
