Monitronics International, a subsidiary of Ascent Capital Group, is looking for ten Emergency Dispatch Operators to join their Alarm Monitoring team. Start date will be April 18th. The Emergency Dispatch Operator will respond flawlessly to all alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property. Ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to successfully pass an FBI/Secret Service background check Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Duties will include, but are not limited to: Adapts easily to change and embraces the unexpected Always communicates with complete clarity to ensure the appropriate responses from authorities and the customers Constantly seeks ways to maximize all resources and exceeds department expect! ations Proactively work to assist others in achieving the orga! nization's objectives
