Performs responsibilities as assigned on engagements and helps with any other duties necessary to complete a forensic accounting services engagement. Litigation requires the analysis of complex and often voluminous info! rmation and must result in clear and concise conclusions and testimony. Issues of effective corporate governance require accurate and timely information on situations involving fraud, misconduct or noncompliance with established company policies or core values.
Job Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
§ Masters degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
§ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
§ Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
§ Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
§ Self-motivated and deadline oriented.
§ Strong project management skills.
§ Demonstrate independent thinking and strong decision-making skills.
§ Sufficient technical skills to perform all essential duties and responsibilities for the position.
§ CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
§ 3-7 years or more of publi! c accounting experience, industry, or a combination of public ! accounting and industry.
§ Experience supervising 2 to 6 or more individuals.
§ Experience with a variety of industries, and possess thorough understanding of accounting and financial statement issues.
