This entry level maintenance position will be responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and exterior image. This may include cleaning of driveways, parking lots, cu! rbs and dumpster areas, maintaining flowerbeds, plants and grass areas as well as trash and snow removal and may also be responsible for inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. May also assist with the appearance of property models, vacant units and public access areas including the office and clubhouse, cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents.This positions operates within and contributes to an environment in compliance with Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunity.
High school diploma/GEDValid drivers license may be requiredAbility to work approximately 32-40 hours per weekEOE/Drug Screen/Background
