We work with a fortune 500 client in the Dallas area. We need to continue to meet the already established goals we have, so we a! re looking for an individual who we can integrate into our sales team. This individual would not only help us to meet these goals but to also help us grow and expand. .
The Account Executive would be in charge of a territory and all the small to mid-size business accounts in that given area. This is our target market, and our clients value us because we manage these accounts directly. We've found that the face-to-face approach is the best way to bridge that gap that exists between our large clients and their small to mid-size customer base.
The individual would be responsible for direct marketing, new client acquisition, business development, customer retention, and direct sales. They would be expected to be present at a daily sales meeting in the morning and then reporting results in the evening. This position entails a lot of self-management, and not micro-managed.
This is a competitive position, sales contests are occurring monthly. This is com! petitive on an individual level as well as team, which is why ! we've found that people with a background of professional, semi-professional, and collegiate sports exceed expectations and meet their goals and beyond.
New Business Acquisition and Business Development
Promote and sell services in person to small to mid-size accounts. Meet designated sales targets and generate revenue. Respond to customer needs and requirements with the appropriate action. Develop relationships with new clients by prospecting and responding to business development needs. Monitor and review customer sales activity and make adjustments to process and strategies. Daily in person prospecting to establish and qualify clients/prospects. Generate new accounts and new revenue on an ongoing daily basis.
PAID TRAINING
Classroom and field training. Training will include sales model as well as product and process training. Ongoing training consists of weekly training sessions that include role plays and continued product training in! market Field training with Sales Manager.
COMPENSATION
