- CPA required, MBA a plus
- 10+ years experience with 3+ years public accounting experience, 5+ years as controller
- Start-up and entertainment experience highly preferred
- Experience with FAS 123R, royalties, high-volume payment distributions, M&A and production accounting a plus
- Experience with taking company public, stock options
- General ledger month-end close, annual audits
- Oversee G/L, A/P, A/R, credit & collections, F/A, tax and insurance
- Manage stock administration including Black-Scholes model
- Lead conversion to ERP
- Supervise accounting team
