The IT Trainer works with field and corporate employees, business stakeholders, process owners, and business area experts as well as IT personnel and consultants to learn approved business processes, procedures and sy! stems in order to train other employees. This position requires excellent personal communication skills, some technical aptitude, business acumen, and understanding of the adult learning process.

Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions at trainer centers and/or at dealership locations.
Schedule specific training sessions as needed.
Track learning/completion progress of each trainee and report process to management.
Provide level 1 support for u! sers on business systems.
Connect classroom networks ! and use remote training tools over the corporate network or internet.
Effective communication skills with team members, business personnel, technical team members, and managers.
Writing skills that thoroughly and properly document processes and skills such as business process as-is and to-be flows, job aids, work instructions, and step-by-step procedures.
Must be able to travel to training sites across the various Rush Enterprises facilities for extended periods of time requiring that the trainer may work at the remote site for as many as 5 days per week for multiple weeks consecutively.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One! year experience and/or equivalent education in one or more of the following areas: truck dealership operations, general business, employee training, software training, teaching environments, or IT support.
