We are seeking experienced and/or enthusiastic individuals for full-time positions in our Operations department. Prior banking/customer service experience and a college degree are preferred. Key Duties & Responsibilities : Performing back off! ice operations such as, processing transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits, etc.) and posting deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks) In addition, this position will perform customer service functions and correspond with clients (via phone, live person chat, emails) while providing a one-call resolution for client issues Update and enter client account information Translate/Edit documents and templates as needed Other job related tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
All candidates must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), the Internet and Adobe Acrobat
Prior customer service or financial services experience preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
Self-st! arter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and be a team player
All candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, detremine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
Must have analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills
Foreign Languages highly preferred; Arabic
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA/BS degree or higher plus 2+ years of work experience in a related field
Work Shifts:
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
