Position Description:
In this role, you will be accountable for the results of the EBP/developmental brokers across the six core competencies including formulation, documentation and execution of broker growth strategies and Broker plans. Responsibilities include the management of the Dallas Region's Business Development Manager staff, Producer Council initiative, executing all action items emanating from multiple AIG Property Casualty strategies, and for maintaining the engagement of the Profit Centers locally on all Producer Management strategies.
Position Requirements
- Candidates will have strong management and leadership skills, sales and marketing experience and established broker relationships in the Texas,! Oklahoma and Arkansas marketplace.
- Candidates must h! ave at least five or more years of management/leadership experience in a Sales & Marketing or Business Development environment.
- Multi-line commercial lines background preferred
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in an organization both internally and externally.
