Litigation & Valuation services is one of the fastest growing and

ParenteBeard’s FLVS group provides consulting support. FLVS
provides support to attorneys to quantify and opine on complex
commercial! damages in litigation matters, such as: • Fraud &
white collar crime • Intellectual property infringements •
Professional negligence • Contract disputes • Construction
disputes ParenteBeard's FLVS practice is seeking an intern to join
its team of Professionals. During the first three to six months of
employment, the intern will learn and use the basic systems and
procedures of the Firm and the FLVS group. An intern will gain
knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures, and
will begin to utilize them to conduct analyses under the direction of
senior staff members. An intern must demonstrate strong analytical,
creative, investigative, research, and organizational skills.
Successful candidates will be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Economics or Finance with a minimum 3.0 GPA, and 150
college credits is preferred. The intern must demonstrate the written
and verbal commu! nication skills necessary to effectively interface
with all levels of Firm management and staff, clients, and other
external business contacts. The ability to work as part of a team is
essential. Individuals in this position must have demonstrated
computer skills and experience with accounting software is helpful. A
valid driver’s license is also required because there is travel
to the client site Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not
limited to: • The intern’s work will be closely supervised
by the person in charge of the engagement and will follow
instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions
of the job. Coaching and training in a controlled and closely
supervised environment will allow the employee to perform some of the
required tasks of an engagement assignment. • The intern will
eventually have increasing dir! ect contact with client personnel in
performing the engagement! . He/She may be directly responsible for
smaller engagements or complex areas of larger engagements. •
Interns will assist senior staff members with conducting and
performing financial analysis, building financial models, maintaining
documents, and performing quality control procedures on schedules and
reports, and other tasks as needed. • Interns will assist senior
staff members with business development initiatives, including
preparing presentations, proposals, and qualifications packages. To

Requirements
Successf! ul candidates will be
pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting, have completed their
Junior year by the time of the internship and possess excellent
communication skills, be highly motivated to excel and enjoy working
with clients in a true business advisory capacity.
