This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global manufacturing environment, where you'll work closely with Human Resources partners on development solutions and drive change initiatives across multiple TI factories and groups. You'll also support new college hire initiatives, design and/or facilitate select leadership programs, and have the chance to influence development solutions in three regions: US, Europe, and Asia.
As a TI Talent Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Consult with key leaders to create and deliver high-impact solutions to develop talent.
- Deliver on key projects for multiple work groups across TI.
- ! Identify and prioritize talent development needs.
- Def! ine innovative, focused development solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, OD, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar, along with 5 years of experience working on organization and leadership development solutions.
Experience facilitating workshops and planning sessions with senior teams and helping leaders work through change is required. Strong project management skills are a must. Excellent communication and facilitation skills are essential.
This manager must be able to provide insight into performance barriers and make sound recommendations t! hat accelerate business performance.
