About the Opportunity
This position will be responsible for auditing associate T&Es in Concur for accuracy and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Concur Expense tool
• Answering the Concur Help-line and address any associate questions/issues accordingly
• Monitor and manage the Concur Admin inbox
• Open tickets within the Concur Central web-site and to troubleshoot technical or functional issues
• Pre-Audit business travel and expense reports according to our Travel and AP policies in Concur Travel Expense tool and mark them for extraction into PeopleSoft.
• Research and communicate issues, ‘out of policy’ items, etc., to associates and their approvers, and document any discrepancies for auditing purposes
• Reconcile T&E vouchers with Concur report and ensuring process is extracting with 100% accuracy.
• Perform executives! ’ quarterly T&Es and third party transactions audit
Assist with other functions such as data entry in PeopleSoft/Concur, and invoice auditing as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Accounts Payable experience
• General Accounting knowledge

PeopleSoft experience is a plus
