Neiman Marcus, the acknowledged leader in luxury retailing is seeking candidates for the Corporate Investigations Operations Analyst position in our Dallas, TX location. This position, reports directly to th! e Background Screening Manager with a dotted line responsibilities to Corporate Investigations Operations Lead. Candidates must possess strong leadership and organizational skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. They must have superlative people skills and be able to build strong relationships to protect company assets while being an effective team member and business partner in all aspects of the organization.
The Corporate Investigations Operations Analyst is responsible for using multiple reporting systems to initiate and provide on-going support for corporate, store, and service facilities. In this role, you must possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and excellent time management skills, be self-motivated, work independently, maintain confidential information, and have exceptional attention to detail.
? Perform all NMD Peak Holiday seasonal applicant background screening
? Assist with applicant backg! round screening.
? Audit DVR and CCTV systems to insure th! ey are fully functioning.
? Audit alarm activity for system issues and exception reporting, then coordinate responses accordingly.
? Process Badge Help and Physical Access e-mails and insure that all requests for access are processed according to the Standard Operating Procedure.
? Respond to the LP Team?s Remedy, and Service Request tickets to identify the problem, trouble shoot the issue, contact the appropriate vendor if necessary, and work to resolve the problem in a timely manner, while tracking the progress.
? Assist Corporate Investigations as needed.
Performs additional tasks as required
Previous experience using Loss Prevention based exception reporting software, intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, and familiarity with Network [?Lenel? type] access control system is preferred.
A Bachelor degree or (4) years of experience in an analytical, or Loss Prevention role is preferred.
