If not, must obtain within 12 months of employment Minimum of ten years HR generalist experience; strong emphasis on recruitment, staffing, legal compliance and employee relations At least 5 years mana! gement experience Ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working in a Professional Services organization Demonstrated ability to implement structure and process in a flexible culture Expert knowledge and experience in Employee Relations is required. Familiarity with HRIS functions (experience with Workday preferred)
