The CKM Recruitment team is in search for an experienced Workers Comp Claims Director for our client in Irving, TX. The WC Claims Director will be reporting directly to the Vice President ! of Workers Compensation Claims.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to proving guidance and direction for the Claims Managers and staff, acting as a role model, evaluating and monitoring workload, managing the relationships with associates, and assisting the VP of Workers Comp on a national basis.
Requirements:
- 10+ years handling Workers Comp Claims
- 5+ years managing claims professionals
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, excellent communication skills
- Experience developing and implementing business plans
- Ability to establish mentoring relationships with success
