The CKM Recruitment team is in search for an experienced Workers Comp Claims Director for our client in Irving, TX. The WC Claims Director will be reporting directly to the ! Vice President of Workers Compensation Claims.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to proving guidance and direction for the Claims Managers and staff, acting as a role model, evaluating and monitoring workload, managing the relationships with associates, and assisting the VP of Workers Comp on a national basis.
Requirements:
- 10+ years handling Workers Comp Claims
- 5+ years managing claims professionals
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, excellent communication skills
- Experience developing and implementing business plans
- Ability to establish mentoring relationships with success
