Job Description The A&F Group, a division of Integrity Staffing, is currently seeking a Jr. Accounting Analyst for one of our premier financial services clients in Dallas! Jr. Accounting Analyst Responsibilities: The Jr. Accounting Analyst will be a member of the Global Pricing Operations team. The position requires someone who is highly motivated! This high energy team is responsible for providing our customers with daily pricing for a wide range of asset types, including public debt, exchange traded securities, private holdings and derivative instruments. You will be joining a team of professionals with extensive and varied experience, and will interact with clients, pricing service vendors, auditors, accountants and other operations and technical professionals. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. This is an exciting opportu! nity for a driven individual to fulfill a dynamic and challeng! ing role.. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated recent college graduate with up to 3 years of work experience as well as some exposure to and knowledge of Securities. Job Requirements

Requirements for the Jr. Accounting Analyst:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics)
• Experience with and knowledge of Securities
• This position requires an intelligent individual who has interest in the markets, can pick up processes and procedures quickly, and is well versed in how securities function and what affects their price movements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and a sense of urgency
