Responsibilities include working with multiple Cisco call center technologies ! in order to develop new call center functionality and enhance existing call center applications.
Must be able to be a productive member of a team as well as work independently in a fast paced environment.
Will provide onsite programming and may be required to work on more than one project at a time.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Responsible for writing, testing and documenting code and may be responsible for certain portions of the Change Management process.
Will be responsible for adhering to published code standards when writing or modifying programs and will follow SDLC methodology.
Job Requirements:
6+ years call center development experience
Experience with Cisco CVP IVR and Cisco ICM configuration, setup, and upgrades
IVR call flow development
5+ years Cisco IPCC Enterprise experience
Experience with call center best practices, reporting, and metrics
! Experience with Verint call recording
Experience with! Blue Pumpkin work force management system
Experience with INOVA and Texas Digital reader boards
Experience with IEX work force management system
3+ years with Cisco chat and email manager solution
Technical Skill Sets
CTI desktop development using C#
3+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET, HTML/DHTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSL, Web Services development, Oracle and SQL Server, Java, JHTML, CVP scripting, ICM scripting, and VoiceXML
Understanding of speech recognition engine (e.g. Nuance) and integration with CVP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must enjoy working closely with others in small teams as well as be able to work individually
Must have advanced problem solving and debugging skills
Must be able to create documentation, system test plans, and UAT plans
Additional Skills (not required, but preferred):
CA Harvest
Abili! ty to develop customized reports using ASP.NET and Excel
Other Required:
Must be U.S. citizen or possess current NAC or security clearance
Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
