Job Description:
Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, seeks a Mid-level M&A associate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Ideal candidates will have substantial major law firm experience working on sophisticated M&A transactions, both private and public. Experience with capital markets transactions, corporate governance/fiduciary duty counseling, and/or disclosure and other securities law compliance matters will be considered a plus. Excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate who desires to become a key player in a top-ranked M&A practice. TX bar and Excellent academic credentials also required. (Law school transcript must be submitted with resume).
